Victoria van der Haas is a Senior Anthropologist and Client Delivery and Advisory Lead at Lux MotivBase where she manages qualitative research projects from start to finish and ongoing client relationships and helps clients identify new business opportunities. In this role, she helps clients understand the value anthropological research brings to their business and, more specifically, how consumers’ motivations, attitudes, values, and fears can impact their business or category. Victoria also worked as a researcher for Lux MotivBase in the past.
Before joining Lux MotivBase, Victoria worked in academia and for not-for-profit organizations, including the International Scientific Committee on Archaeological Heritage Management, which advises UNESCO on the management of landscapes and archaeological sites. She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of Alberta (Canada) and has written several academic publications.
