Over the past several years, Kristin has covered topics ranging from biobased polymers and biobased intermediate chemicals to consumer packaging. Kristin also contributes to Lux’s broader coverage of sustainability.
Kristin holds an M.S. in chemical engineering from Oregon State University, where she worked as a graduate teaching assistant as well as a graduate research assistant investigating complex fluids and soft solids. She also holds a B.A. in economics from New York University (NYU) with a minor in environmental studies. She holds a certification in corporate sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business.
