We are a unique team of scientists, business executives, and engineers who have dedicated their life's work to understanding advanced technologies and physical sciences in order to inspire commercial innovation.
Our mission is to help our clients place the right bets on innovation that will positively impact their organization and the world.
The critical nature of the decision support we deliver to innovation leaders mandates that our research and advice be fact-based and trustworthy. We take our research's objectivity, impartiality, and reliability very seriously at Lux and ensure its integrity by adhering to the Lux Research Code of Conduct.
Code of Conduct
Objectivity is paramount at Lux Research. Lux Research does not promote, market, or sell technology. Our analysts and consultants have no vested interest in whether a particular technology or business practice succeeds or fails, enabling you to have confidence that our perspectives and recommendations are unbiased.
Lux Research protects the independence and objectivity of our research in the following ways:
We work with corporate, government, financial, and non-profit innovation leaders worldwide. Non-disclosure agreements bind all of our communications and interactions with clients. Our research team is trained extensively on advising and delivering insights while protecting the unique nature or specifics gathered from clients without their expressed explicit permission, such as an approved case study.
Lux Research interviews start-ups and innovation providers to inform our company profiles and evaluative research and insights. An organization does not have to be a Lux client to participate in an interview or be covered by our research.
Presence in the market ecosystem, and the relevance of discoveries and products to our clients, determine if we cover a specific organization or technology. We accept briefings if they align with a current analysis topic, and we always welcome factual corrections, but our analysis and recommendations remain our own. If you would like to brief one of our analysts, please submit a request to email@example.com.
